Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there is an update to your order, we will notify you by email and hold your order for up to 7 days before sending the order out.

 

Pick-up Orders

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick-up. After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pick-up hours are the same as our business hours.

Monday – Thursday 11am to 7pm

Friday – Saturday 11am to 8pm

and Sunday 12pm to 6pm

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our web store. We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for all international orders. To place an order, contact our online sales team at orders@emeraldcitycomics.com. Let our team know what items you are interested in, and we will add a listing to our eBay store, eccomicsfl. Our team will provide further instruction for ordering if needed.

 

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
