SELL YOUR TOYS AND COLLECTIBLES!

Emerald City Comics buys select vintage and modern toys, action figures, statues, Funko products, and other pop-culture collectibles.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our buying needs change based on customer demand and what we already have in stock. We are most likely to be interested in:
- Vintage action figures and toy lines
- Complete, boxed, or well-preserved collectible toys
- Popular comic, movie, television, anime, horror, and gaming properties
- Statues and higher-end collectible figures
- Select modern figures and discontinued items
- Collections with multiple related items
Condition, completeness, packaging, and current demand all affect whether we can make an offer. We may decline items that are heavily damaged, incomplete, common, difficult to resell, or already well stocked in our store.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Email toys@emeraldcitycomics.com or text 727-378-2410 with:
- Several clear group photos of the collection
- A brief description of the toy lines or characters included
- An approximate number of items
- Photos of any especially old, boxed, rare, or high-value pieces
- Information about missing parts, damage, or strong odors
You do not need to create a detailed inventory or photograph every item. We will ask for additional information when needed.
For a small collection, call 727-398-2665 before visiting to make sure a toy buyer is available.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will review your photos and description and let you know whether the collection may be a fit. If it is, we will arrange a time for you to bring it to the store.
A buyer will inspect the items in person and, when appropriate, make an offer for immediate cash or a higher amount in store credit.
HOW ARE OFFERS DETERMINED?
Our buyers consider:
- Condition and completeness
- Whether original packaging and accessories are included
- Current collector demand
- How many similar items we already have
- How quickly we expect the items to sell
- The work required to clean, identify, test, price, and merchandise the collection
Because we purchase collectibles for resale, our offers are below retail prices and online asking prices. Selling items individually may produce more money, but it also requires researching, photographing, listing, packing, shipping, and handling customer service.
