EC is a Safe Space!

Emerald City is committed to being a safe, inclusive environment for everyone – Guests, visiting creators, and Team Members alike. Harassment – including unwanted contact, offensive comments, inappropriate jokes, stalking, or behavior targeting race, nationality, appearance, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other personal traits – will not be tolerated.

Guidelines:

• Violations will result in a First Warning, which can be issued by anyone in the community or our Team. This warning can be formal (“That violates EC’s Harassment Guidelines”) or informal (“That’s not appropriate” or “Hey, not cool”).
• There will be no Second Warning. If the behavior persists, the individual will be asked to leave immediately.

These guidelines apply to everyone: Guests, Special Guests here for a signing or other event, and Team Members – including the content we play in the store.
