EC is a Safe Space!

We do not tolerate harassment of any kind. This includes unwanted physical contact, offensive comments, inappropriate jokes, stalking, unwanted photography or recording, or any behavior that makes someone feel uncomfortable or disrespected based on – but not limited to – race, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, appearance, or personal identity.

Guidelines:

• Violations will result in a First Warning, which can be issued by anyone in the community or our Team. This warning can be formal (“That violates EC’s Harassment Guidelines”) or informal (“That’s not appropriate” or “Hey, not cool”).
• There will be no Second Warning. If the behavior persists, the individual will be asked to leave immediately.

These guidelines apply to everyone: Guests, Special Guests, and Team Members – including the content we play in the store.
