Position: Guest Service Specialist
Schedule: Typically full-time (40 hours/week), with nights and weekends required
What You’ll Do
- Assist Guests at the register and on the sales floor
- Recommend products and help Guests find what they love
- Stock, inventory, clean, and handle daily store tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Resolve Guest service issues with professionalism
- Support store operations, phone coverage, and leadership projects

- Warm, welcoming service with every Guest
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Retail/customer service experience and product knowledge preferred
