Position: Guest Service Specialist
Schedule: Typically full-time (40 hours/week), with nights and weekends required

 

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Guests at the register and on the sales floor

  • Recommend products and help Guests find what they love

  • Stock, inventory, clean, and handle daily store tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)

  • Resolve Guest service issues with professionalism

  • Support store operations, phone coverage, and leadership projects

  • Warm, welcoming service with every Guest

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Retail/customer service experience and product knowledge preferred
