GUEST SERVICE SPECIALIST
Schedule: Typically full-time (40 hours per week), including nights and weekends
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Help Guests at the register and throughout the store
- Recommend products and help Guests find what they’re looking for
- Stock merchandise, maintain inventory, clean, and handle other daily store tasks
- Help resolve Guest concerns in a friendly and professional way
- Answer phones and assist with store projects
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

- Retail or customer-service experience preferred
- Knowledge of comics, games, toys, or other products we carry is a plus
